The 8-Stage Pipeline

Argus 8-stage pipeline visual

Argus is built around an 8-stage diligence pipeline. The pipeline is designed to move from unstructured counterparty material into a structured intelligence posture.

1. Intake & Case Framing

Defines the transaction context, counterparty type, submitted material, and review objective.

2. Claim Extraction

Separates what the counterparty asserts from what has actually been evidenced.

3. Entity & Relationship Mapping

Identifies people, companies, domains, addresses, associated parties, and relationship signals.

4. Source & Signal Review

Compares claims against public records, open sources, submitted material, and available reference signals.

5. Evidence Classification

Distinguishes stronger support from weaker signals, self-published claims, repetition, screenshots, and unresolved assertions.

6. Contradiction & Gap Detection

Highlights mismatches, missing support, unresolved claims, timing issues, and areas that require escalation.

7. Report Assembly

Compiles the review into a structured intelligence output with findings, posture, evidence notes, and open questions.

8. Human Review Posture

Frames what a reviewer should trust, question, escalate, or leave unresolved before proceeding.

The public documentation describes the shape of the system. The internal recipes, prompts, provider logic, and orchestration details remain private.
